While browsing through the interwebs I found alot of crazy scary diets, the Liquid diets, Fruit Smoothie diets and the Cookie Diet.... But what really does WORK???
I mean really yeah you can lose weight through the liquids and starvation and what not, but is it really worth doing when your health is at risk?
I think the best way to lose weigh is hard work and dedication and self control
The sudden outburst of weightloss and such... Ive got no clue but its something to truly think about
